Stop saying should and start saying I will

I thought to myself yesterday "I should be working not walking"

How many times a day do you use the word “should”?

Should” is such a negative word – it makes me feel inadequate when I use it.

The word “should” has become a regular fixture in our everyday dialogue. We use it in conversation with others, as a way of motivating ourselves or keeping ourselves in check, and to express a myriad of feelings, including frustration, guilt, and regret.

I've decided "Should" is best left out of my everyday language.

I work on not using the word “should” replacing it with more helpful words reframing to what “is” "I will"

Instead of beating myself up for what I should have done, I focus on what I have the power to change.

So I will stop saying I should and start saying I will!

I enjoyed my walk and I did my work later😊
